Evergreen Labs tuyển dụng Plastic Program Coordinator (Full-time)

Coordinate and support implementation of Evergreen Labs’ plastic-related programs across community initiatives, business partnerships, and inclusive recycling systems. This role contributes to strengthening plastic recovery ecosystems by working closely with informal collectors, local partners, and private sector stakeholders.
You will help coordinate projects that improve material collection systems, support responsible waste management practices, and advance Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) implementation in Vietnam.

What you will do:
- Coordinate implementation of plastic-related programs across community initiatives, business engagement activities, and recycling partnerships.
Điều phối triển khai các chương trình liên quan đến nhựa bao gồm hoạt động cộng đồng, hợp tác doanh nghiệp và quan hệ đối tác tái chế.
- Work closely with informal waste workers, collectors, aggregators, recyclers, and local authorities to strengthen inclusive plastic recovery systems.
Làm việc chặt chẽ với người thu gom phi chính thức, điểm tập kết, nhà tái chế và chính quyền địa phương nhằm tăng cường hệ thống thu hồi nhựa toàn diện.
- Support coordination of community programs involving training, equipment support, and livelihood-strengthening activities for collectors.
Hỗ trợ điều phối các chương trình cộng đồng bao gồm tập huấn, hỗ trợ thiết bị và cải thiện sinh kế cho người thu gom.
- Assist businesses and partners in improving waste separation and plastic management practices.
Hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp và đối tác cải thiện hoạt động phân loại và quản lý chất thải nhựa.
- Coordinate field activities such as site visits, pilot projects, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement events.

- Track program progress, collect activity data, and support preparation of reports and monitoring updates.

- Maintain coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across multiple plastics projects.

- Support identification and engagement of new partners including communities, recyclers, and businesses.

- Contribute to development of practical solutions that improve plastic recovery systems on the ground.
Đóng góp vào việc phát triển các giải pháp thực tiễn nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hệ thống thu hồi nhựa.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Skills required: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Development Studies, Waste Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành Khoa học Môi trường, Phát triển, Quản lý chất thải, Kinh doanh, Kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, community programs, recycling initiatives, or sustainability-related roles.
Có 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong điều phối dự án, chương trình cộng đồng, tái chế hoặc lĩnh vực bền vững liên quan.
- Comfortable working with communities, informal workers, and local partners.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities across different projects simultaneously.

- Basic data tracking and reporting skills.
Có kỹ năng theo dõi dữ liệu và lập báo cáo cơ bản.
- Understanding of plastic value chains, recycling systems, or EPR frameworks is an advantage.

- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
