Manage the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of Glassia’s Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems at the Da Nang & Ho Chi Minh City production facility. This role is essential to maintaining product safety, consistency, and compliance with Glassia’s strict refill and reuse standards.

What you will do:
- Manage and be responsible for theImplement, monitor, and enforce QC/QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh facility.
Quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm triển khai, theo dõi và đảm bảo tuân thủ các Quy trình Chuẩn QC/QA tại cơ sở TP. Đà Nẵng và Hồ Chí Minh.
- Perform regular quality checks on production processes, equipment, and finished products.
Kiểm tra chất lượng định kỳ đối với quy trình sản xuất, thiết bị và thành phẩm.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of final products to meet Glassia’s quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Theo dõi và đảm bảo thành phẩm cuối cùng để đảm bảo đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, an toàn và vệ sinh của Glassia.
- Handle any quality issues professionally and implement corrective and preventive actions
Xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng một cách chuyên nghiệp và triển khai các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa
- Maintain accurate QC records, checklists, logs, and reports.
Duy trì hồ sơ QC đầy đủ, chính xác (checklist, nhật ký, báo cáo).
- Support training of production staff on QC procedures, hygiene standards, and proper handling practices.
Hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân sự sản xuất về quy trình QC, tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và thao tác đúng.
- Reinforce compliance through on-site guidance, reminders, and corrective instructions.
Tăng cường tuân thủ thông qua hướng dẫn trực tiếp tại hiện trường và nhắc nhở kịp thời.
- Support on-site inspections, internal audits, and supervisory visits as required.

- Identify recurring quality issues and propose practical improvements.

Skills required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related fields.

- 2–3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, food & beverage production, or manufacturing environments.

- Good understanding of quality management and quality control processes in production.
