Job Brief
• As a language bridge between the project team and Japanese customers
• Interpreter (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-Japanese) for internal meetings and meetings with Japanese customers.
• Translate received documents as required to ensure compliance with the Company’s translation principles and procedures.
• Exchange information with Japanese customers via email and phone.
• Receive and manage documents and requests from Japanese Customers (Japanese), from the project team (Vietnamese or English)
• Translate emails exchanged between the project team and Japanese Customers (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese/English-Japanese).
Job Qualifications
• Japanese equivalent to N2, N1 (Proficient in all 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Graduated with a major in Japanese.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the IT field or basic understanding of the field.
• Like to learn Japanese and Japanese culture, like to communicate with Japanese people
• Ability to process information and identify problems quickly, giving ideas to improve work quality together with managers
• Good management skills
• Dynamic, energetic, and have a high sense of responsibility at work
• Having been to Japan is an advantage
• Good-looking and dynamic appearance
• Translate and speak Japanese well.
